Shipping

We ship all in-stock items the next business day to ensure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are shipped via USPS, and tracking information will be sent to your email once your order is fulfilled.

We love keeping it local! Enjoy free pickup anytime or local delivery in Marlboro County on the first Friday of every month. Just place your order by midnight the night before, enter your shipping address at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest. If you’re in Marlboro County, your order will automatically switch to local delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We take great pride in our Carabo Farms products, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

• If you’re not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement.

• We cannot accept returns on sale items, custom orders, or items past the 14-day window.

• If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours so we can send a replacement.

Gift Orders

Our gift boxes and baskets are beautifully curated and ready to give. If you’d like us to include a handwritten note, simply leave a gift message at checkout.
